SOLD II is proud to have always provided the most expert support in the industry. This traditional telephone support and training is now greatly supplemented by our on-line remote services.

Our on-line capability allows our technician to operate your computer as though our tech were in your office. Whether it be installation, updating, training, technical setups, or diagnostics, the actual experts can help you as though they were there.

Several telephone support plans are available for training as well as system setup and installation issues. We often can help on operating system and hardware issues that go well beyond our responsibilities related to the SOLDII programs.

Some plans include EMERGENCY off-hours* support for evenings and weekends.

* Normal support hours are business weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm eastern time.
